As a Mortgage Sales Executive at Together, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to key mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing product and criteria information
  • Working closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners
  • Updating Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, identifying new opportunities
  • Identifying intermediary needs, clarifying information, and providing accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Presenting a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills
