About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Broker Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our Mortgage Brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and product information.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver sales plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
- Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and market insights, identifying new opportunities.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
- Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and CRM.
- Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey.
- Manage new and existing relationships, promoting company products and services, and immersing yourself in the company's policies, procedures, and culture.
Requirements
- Telephone sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Business-to-business sales experience.
- Mortgage industry experience.
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
