Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to mortgage brokers, responding to inquiries and offering product and criteria information.
- Work closely with Account Managers to develop and execute Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
- Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, helping to identify new opportunities.
- Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
- Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
- Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or a Mortgage Broker.
- Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
