Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills
