Responsibilities:
  1. Be the initial point of contact for customers, greeting them, and addressing their inquiries.

  3. Maintain accurate records and databases related to customer interactions and service schedules.
  4. Liaise with internal teams, such as Workshop Foreman, to coordinate services and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from £38,000 to £42,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth and development.
