Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our support team, you will provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing first-line support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Managing service schedules, sending reminders, and updating records as necessary.
- Assisting with vehicle and customer database management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Booking PSV appointments and issuing workshop job cards, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and feedback as required.
Candidates Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in customer service, preferably in a technical or administrative capacity.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
