Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our support team, you will provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Providing first-line support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  2. Managing service schedules, sending reminders, and updating records as necessary.
  3. Assisting with vehicle and customer database management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  4. Booking PSV appointments and issuing workshop job cards, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  5. Communicating with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and feedback as required.

Candidates Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in customer service, preferably in a technical or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
