Job Role

Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using Microsoft Suite applications. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and respond to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Update databases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman to schedule appointments and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers regarding job completion and vehicle collection/delivery arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant educational qualifications (e.g., GCSEs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between £39,000 and £43,000. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes flexible working hours and opportunities for career advancement.
