About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Hospitality Management Coordinator to join our team in a B&I setting. As an Assistant Catering Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with managing inventory, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to optimize resources.
  • Manage tills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Support and train team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure everyone excels in their role.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
