Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Programme Coordinator to join our team at Rullion Limited. As an internal audit manager assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our strategic goals by working collaboratively with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for assisting the Group Internal Audit Function in managing and implementing the audit programme, which drives continuous improvement within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the planning and implementation of the audit programme, including development of the audit plan and coordination of audit resources.
  2. Collaborate with the Group Head of Internal Audit and Group Systems Audit Manager to develop the combined audit programme.
  3. Coordinate management systems and internal audit resources, ensuring appropriate competencies are maintained against an appropriate training matrix.

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 per annum.

Required skills and qualifications include a degree or higher, highly developed organisational awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and data analysis skills.
