Sales Office Manager

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Sales Office Manager. Located in the heart of Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire, this 130-bedroom hotel is an ideal location for those looking to combine their passion for sales with a desire for a tranquil work environment.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including 31 days holiday, pension scheme, and discounts on hotel stays.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and reservations office, managing a team of five staff members, and handling all inbound M&E enquiries. This role requires strong sales office management and reservations experience, particularly in event sales and reactive events within the hotel or events sector. Excellent people management skills are essential for success in this position.
