Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join our thriving Estate Agency team in Didcot. As a highly successful and experienced professional, you will lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing branch profit. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients will be invaluable in securing repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities:
Create and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth. Develop and execute plans to maximize branch profit and achieve financial targets. Effectively manage and motivate a team to excel in their roles. Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Estate Agency and customer service. Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for business use.
