Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Sales Manager to join our esteemed Estate Agency team in Didcot. As a top performer in this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, maximizing branch profit, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to develop and implement effective strategies, lead a high-performing team, and foster strong relationships with clients will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute plans to maximize branch profit and achieve financial targets. Effectively manage and motivate a team to excel in their roles. Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations. Create and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:
Prior experience in Estate Agency and customer service. Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for business use.
