About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large international hotel chain as a Sales Office Leader. You will be based in their 130-bed property located on the border of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, surrounded by the beautiful Chiltern Hills. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales and reservations team, ensuring they meet their targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and reservations team to achieve their targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
