This is an office-based position with no hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Invoices and Payments: Timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies and obtaining approvals.
- Payroll Management: Supporting the Payroll Team with driver payment schedules, ensuring accurate record-keeping and authorisation of payments.
- Tax and Compliance: Assisting with VAT return preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Document Management and Filing: Organising and managing financial documentation, ensuring all records are properly scanned, filed, and logged.
- Accounting System Maintenance: Updating and maintaining the company's accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
- Sales Invoice Management: Collaborating with the sales team to generate accurate sales invoices, addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
An estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.
