Complete Care Plus Services is looking for a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Job Description
  1. Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls, and receive and direct visitors.
  2. Perform general clerical duties, maintain filing systems, and handle requests for information and data.
  3. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries, prepare written responses to client inquiries, and manage and prepare correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.

You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, managing travel arrangements, and preparing meeting agendas and schedules. You will also record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings, sort and distribute incoming mail, and maintain office supplies.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with working in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $35,000 and $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
