Job Description

The Administrative Financial Services Coordinator will be responsible for:



  • Dealing with email queries in an effective and timely manner
  • Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers
  • Inputting notes and correspondence onto databases/systems
  • Processing sales invoices

The successful candidate will possess:



  • Some experience within Accounts / Finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly

  • Ability to use your own initiative
