We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling multiple tasks with professionalism, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to inquiries and managing bookings efficiently
- Providing professional communication with customers and managing the diary effectively
- Ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally
- Coordinating vehicle issues/concerns with the appropriate person
- Creating estimates and pricing jobs
- Assisting with vehicle drop offs and collections if needed
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Clean driving licence required
