Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling multiple tasks with professionalism, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inquiries and managing bookings efficiently
  • Providing professional communication with customers and managing the diary effectively
  • Ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating vehicle issues/concerns with the appropriate person
  • Creating estimates and pricing jobs
  • Assisting with vehicle drop offs and collections if needed
  • Performing administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Clean driving licence required
