Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our team at Complete Care Plus Services. The ideal candidate will have a background in working in a professional office environment and be familiar with performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Main Job Responsibilities- Provide prompt responses to phone inquiries, reviewing reports and emails, and responding to client queries promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as setting up clients and all relevant paperwork for new referrals, writing letters, chasing up and following up any outstanding client-related tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements, and prepare meeting agendas and schedules.
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings, sort and distribute incoming mail, and maintain office supplies.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Complete Care Plus Services.
