About the Role

We are seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with individuals who have autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Job Description

As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users. This includes:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Accompanying service users on off-site activities such as going to the gym, bowling, and sensory rooms.
  • Helping service users plan and achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of service users at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm and patient approach when dealing with challenging behaviors.
