Care and Support Professional

About the Role:
As a Care & Support Assistant at McCarthy Stone, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, including housekeeping and domestic support
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed
- Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks
About You:
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and compassionate individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to provide the highest level of care and support.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or support environment (ideally in the Health and Social Care sector)
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
