Rullion Limited seeks a Strategic Digital Transformation Leader to provide expert advice on transforming its digital architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, with a sound understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) techniques and complex engineering data sets.

Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive the adoption of digital technologies across Rullion Limited. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to refine business processes, align the engineering applications portfolio with the company's digital strategy, and leverage the benefits of a connected engineering applications portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The incumbent will play a leading role in the implementation of the UKAEA 3DS solution, ensuring coverage of whole business processes while guaranteeing the final workability and relevancy of the solution.
  2. They will work directly with the Configuration Management and Engineering delivery teams to facilitate the implementation of the 3DS to UKAEA programmes, refining business processes in regard to value creation and business transformation.
  3. The Strategic Digital Transformation Leader will be responsible for migrating from existing legacy applications towards long-term 'fit for the future' 3DS technology solutions.
  4. They will advise on UKAEA specific PLM solutions where industry solutions are not available.
  5. The incumbent will also advise on UKAEA's engineering applications portfolio to ensure it aligns with UKAEA's digital strategy.
  6. Leveraging the benefits of a connected engineering applications portfolio, they will facilitate a digital thread.
  7. The Strategic Digital Transformation Leader will play a leading role in Simulation Data Management (SDM) and foster a simulation-led design philosophy.
  8. They will also play a leading role in the enablement of Digital Twin.
  9. The incumbent will work directly with the CAD & CAE Manager to ensure seamless integration of the 3DS platform and UKAEA's CAD & CAE applications.
  10. Additionally, they will work directly with non-engineering functions, Project Management Office, asset management, finance, procurement etc. to align with the PLM strategy.
  11. The Strategic Digital Transformation Leader will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to support the adoption of digital technologies.
  12. They will support the up-skilling, development, and training of UKAEA Staff to ensure the successful adoption of digital technologies.
  13. The incumbent will also play a leading role in the adoption and implementation of BS/ISO international standards, and PLM best practice.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in implementing Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
  • A sound understanding of PLM techniques and the management of complex engineering data sets.
  • The ability to interface with a range of CAD and CAE applications.
  • Experience managing information across whole product lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex challenges to a broad audience.
  • The ability to influence strategic decisions with technically sound and reasoned justification.
  • A degree qualification in a relevant discipline or suitable experience.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
