Office Administrator Position

Talent84 LTD is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Office Administrator to join their team. Based at their East Boldon office, this role will provide crucial support on accounting tasks part of each week.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Tasks: Handle all filing, data entry, document preparation, and project tracking tasks efficiently.
- Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards Compliance by maintaining records and adhering to quality and environmental standards.
- Support with Payroll: Assist with PAYE, VAT, pensions, and other statutory deductions.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee monthly bookkeeping tasks in Sage Line 50.
- Financial Records: Accurately record time sheets, expenses, and invoices, and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Central Point of Contact: Act as a central point of contact for employees and clients, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required, providing general office support and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in an office administration role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sage Line 50, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Accounting Knowledge: AAT qualification preferred but not essential, with experience in payroll, PAYE, VAT, pension management, and expense tracking.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work collaboratively and independently.
