**Title**: Technical Administrator

**Reports to**: Technical Manager

**Salary**: £12.60 per hr

**Hours**: 20-37.5 hours (negotiable)

We are looking for a motivated **Technical Administrator. **This role will be working on site within the technical office (office based) amongst a team reporting directly to the Technical Manager.

**Key Tasks**
- Provide administrative support within the technical department.
- Data entry.
- Processing of technical help desk daily tickets
- Stock replenishment for Engineers
- Processing credit request from clients
- Reversals
- Processing quotations for customers
- Processing returns
- Case creating for Trocare renewals
- Open Sales Opportunities (end of month)
- Laser stock count (end of month)
- Other admin tasks
- Diary scheduling
- Assisting / processing with Tech desk incoming calls

**Key Skills**
- Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience
- Well, organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Able to follow processes accurately and consistently.
- Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills
- A team player

**Qualifications**
- GCSE English / Math’s.
- Administration experience
