About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Vulnerable Individuals Support Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library.

In this role, you will work with vulnerable individuals, providing them with the support they need to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting safeguarding enquiries and s42 investigations
  2. Providing advice on safeguarding concerns
  3. Completing safeguarding assessments and reports
  4. Liaising with professionals and multidisciplinary teams
  5. Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation
  6. Providing ongoing support to individuals at risk
Requirements:
  • Post qualifying experience in social work or a related field
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Three years' experience in the UK social care industry
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
