Vulnerable Children and Families Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Vulnerable Children and Families Coordinator to join our MASH team at Tripod Partners. This critical role involves developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to deliver high-quality outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
Main Responsibilities- Identify families who may require early intervention and determine whether they meet the threshold for statutory child protection.
- A relevant social work qualification, such as a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or CQSW.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Prior experience in social work within children's services, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week and have a better work-life balance.
