About the Position

This is an exciting chance to work with disabled children and their families, providing essential support services in North London.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Family Support: Deliver direct emotional and practical support to families, addressing their needs and promoting resilience.
  • Support Planning: Develop and review personalised support plans, ensuring they meet assessed needs and include SMART goals.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with partner agencies and professionals to coordinate support and promote family outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with disabled children and their families, particularly in a culturally diverse urban environment.

This role offers an estimated hourly rate of £25-£38, based on experience.
