Care Coordinator for Vulnerable Adults

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Peabody. As a Scheme Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the practical needs and wellbeing of our older residents.
Your key responsibilities will include providing practical assistance to residents, conducting site inspections, and meeting with stakeholders to ensure effective support is provided. You will also lead scheme events promoting resident participation and wellbeing.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must have experience in providing support to vulnerable adults and working in housing management. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will require an Enhanced DBS check and be able to drive with access to a vehicle. A full driving license is essential for this role.
