About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated social worker to join our innovative team in Camden, working within the context of Infant Mental Health. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, conducting collaborative assessments and interventions with vulnerable infants and their families.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • To work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct assessments and develop plans that support the needs of vulnerable infants and their families
  • To identify and manage risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved
  • To maintain accurate records and participate in regular supervision and team meetings
Requirements
  • A Social Work qualification and registration with SWE England
  • Sound knowledge and experience of working within the context of Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills, with the ability to identify and manage risk effectively
  • A desire to develop practice in Infant Mental Health and passion to drive improved outcomes for infants, children, and their families
