Nursery Manager for Infants

We are seeking an experienced and caring Nursery Leader to oversee the daily operations of our infant care room. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing a safe and stimulating environment for babies to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the baby room, ensuring a secure and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that promote learning, growth, and development.
- Provide guidance and support to nursery staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers through open communication and partnership in child development.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience as a Nursery Leader or similar childcare leadership role is essential.
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above is required.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years education, with a focus on inclusive and diverse practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with children, parents, and staff members.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and policies related to childcare settings is mandatory.
