Role Overview:
Tripod Partners is seeking a Children and Families Care Coordinator to join its Referral and Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that children and families receive the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This role offers a competitive salary of £38.50 per hour, along with opportunities for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating referrals from various agencies, including health, education, and police services.
  2. Working closely with social workers to develop and implement care plans that address the complex needs of children and families.
  3. Providing emotional support and guidance to families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
  4. Representing the interests of children and families in court hearings and other meetings.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will require a valid Social Work England registration, excellent coordination and organizational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders will be essential in delivering high-quality care to children and families.
