As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to vulnerable children and families, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working collaboratively with colleagues to assess and manage case loads, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and their families.
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing regular home visits to ensure the well-being of service users.
  • In addition to your core duties, you will also be required to work collaboratively with other professionals, including local authority teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified social worker in the UK, with a strong track record of managing complex cases.
  • DipSW or equivalent qualification, HCPC registration, and current DBS clearance are essential for this role.
  • We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £39,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in line with changing needs.
  • The successful candidate will have access to a dedicated consultant with social work knowledge, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support throughout their employment.
