As a Specialist Children's Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to children with complex needs and their families in the Camborne/Redruth areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalised support to enable clients to access community activities and maintain their independence at home.
- Act as a compassionate companion, delivering a reliable, friendly service that focuses on achieving positive outcomes.
- A UK Full Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
- A compassionate, hands-on approach, with excellent listening skills and a commitment to making a positive impact is required.
- Competitive hourly rates of £11.62 on weekdays and £11.82 on weekends, with an additional 50% increase on Bank Holidays.
