We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Activity Programme Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional experience for our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the safe, enthusiastic, and healthy delivery of our children's activity programme.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to deliver the children's activities with structure and enthusiasm, encouraging maximum participation from the children.
- Deliver the children's programme in line with product briefs, lesson plans, and brand standards.
- Ensure that all services delivered to children meet the requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times.
- Maximise member experience, usage, participation, and value for money through coach expertise, session/event quality, and consistency.
- Take ownership of resolving member queries or complaints.
- Recruit, induct, train, manage, and review high-performing team members to develop a strong team culture.
- A qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
- Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
- The opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
