The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing after-school programmes, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to planning activities. They will also be able to work effectively with school staff and parents to ensure each child's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the after-school club, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.">
  3. Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to a range of ages and interests.">
  4. Work with school staff and parents to ensure each child's needs are met and they have a positive after-school experience.">
  5. Ensure the after-school club environment is safe, organised, and inclusive for all participants.">
  6. Monitor attendance, manage resources, and handle any administrative tasks associated with the role.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an After School Club Supervisor or in a similar role within an educational setting. They will also possess strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and manage groups of children effectively.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
