We are seeking an experienced Senior Youth Mentor to join our team in Tulse Hill, London.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality youth programmes and services, working closely with the Children, Young People and Families team. This is a senior practitioner position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with young people.

The role involves planning, delivering, and monitoring sessions, ensuring that children and young people's ideas are central to the construction of a varied and engaging play environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adjust their practice to meet the diverse needs of young people.

This is a full-time position, approximately 35 hours per week, with a salary range of £28-35k per annum. Benefits include 35 days annual leave, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave, and access to training opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
