We are seeking a skilled Youth Arts Programme Manager to lead our music education programme in Havering. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the delivery of music tuition in schools and at our community music centres.

With over 80 teachers delivering music education to over 2,500 pupils, we offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. Our partnership with Conductive Music, the LSO, and East London Music Alliance provides access to high-quality resources and expertise.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be responsible for programme development, staff management, and quality assurance, ensuring that our music education services meet the highest standards.

As a result of your hard work and dedication, our pupils achieve excellent results, with an average pass rate of 97%+ for practical graded music exams. This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our music service.
