Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Youth Programme Manager to lead our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, possessing a passion for delivering engaging and inclusive activities. You will lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that the programmes are delivered to a high standard.

You will work closely with parents and carers to understand their needs and preferences, developing programmes that meet these requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, motivational, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a role model for our staff and children, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.

Job Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Possession of relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent
  • Ability to develop and implement programmes that meet the needs of children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
