About the Role:
LAC Social Worker needed to provide support and guidance to vulnerable children and their families. Conduct Pathway Planning, attend Adoption Panels, and undertake Standard Case Management to deliver exceptional care services. Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Pathway Planning for vulnerable children.
  • Attend Adoption Panels to ensure the best interests of children are met.
  • Undertake Standard Case Management to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements:
  • Post-qualifying experience as a LAC Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry.
  • Registration with the HCPC.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry.
  • An enhanced DBS/CRB certificate (we can facilitate this).
