Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading on complex cases, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality care and support.

  • Manage complex cases involving children and young adults with disabilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and manage risks effectively.
  • Foster relationship-based practice to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification social work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of social work practice in disability services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft IT packages.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and regular access to a vehicle.

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £46,464 per annum, rising to £50,512 per annum (includes base salary and market enhanced payment).
  • A one-off welcome payment of £1,000.
