SPEAR is seeking a highly skilled Vulnerable Individuals Advocate to join our team in South West London. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in supporting vulnerable individuals to access essential services and achieve a positive future.

About SPEAR

SPEAR provides vital support to homeless and at-risk individuals in South West London. Our range of services includes accommodation and support services, helping vulnerable individuals to overcome personal barriers and achieve lasting independence.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting rough sleepers, managing a caseload, assisting with accessing services, and maintaining effective multiagency relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the challenges faced by homeless and at-risk individuals. Previous experience working in a similar context would be advantageous. Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
