Job Opportunity: Homelessness Support Worker

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Homelessness Support Worker to join their team across support services in Hertfordshire.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with vulnerable needs and be passionate about supporting those experiencing homelessness.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Hold a caseload of clients, conducting regular key working sessions and creating support and safety plans.
  • Conduct 1-1 sessions with service users to address their individual needs and goals.
  • Respond to resident queries within the service, providing timely and effective support.
  • Assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of the in-house recovery programme in partnership with the recovery and opportunities coordinator.
  • Identify individual care pathways, treatment options, and support clients to navigate and participate in these systems.
  • Help service users develop independent life skills, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or working with individuals with vulnerable needs.
\
