About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Vulnerable Support Specialist to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to vulnerable individuals who use our alarm monitoring and response service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to alarm calls and provide emergency assistance
  • Assess situations and take appropriate action
  • Communicate effectively with service users and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • First aid training and certification
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Current UK driving license and ability to drive in Central London
