Job Description
As a Customer Care Champion, your primary responsibilities will include dispatching work orders within agreed processes and timeframes, capturing and updating relevant job and customer information in CRM systems, and providing top-notch customer service. You will be the primary interface between internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.
