About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Otisline Contact Center Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and adjudicate emergency breakdown calls
- Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Ensure that our Otis Business Systems are updated with specific, accurate information
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Passionate about excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver business commitments
