Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Leicester. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Utilize our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries regarding bills, complaints, technical meter issues, and engineer meter installations.
