Care Home Leader

Country Court's Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Home Leader to join our team. As a Care Home Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with our care team to implement care plans, administer medications, and provide emotional support to our residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Senior Care Assistant and leadership experience. A NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it is also essential.
The successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
