Support Worker - Care Home Job Description

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our care home in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and safely.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily routines and personal care needs
  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive living environment

  • A salary of up to £12.17 per hour, including bank holiday pay
  • 28 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays
