We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Boston, where you will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. As a Support Worker, you will assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and play a vital role in the lives of our service users.
This role requires you to be a driver, so you must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle. We offer a range of benefits, including 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
