We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Boston, supporting children and young people with complex needs.

Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, and complex medical needs.

You will work collaboratively with families, medical professionals, and school leaders to create and implement personalised service plans for social, emotional, and developmental support. Your expertise will help promote sensory, speech, language, and communication development, as well as manage classroom behaviour by recognising triggers and applying de-escalation techniques.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care).
  • Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs in an educational or care setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Compassionate and caring approach, with a genuine desire to help young people overcome their barriers.
