Salary
Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications, £8-12 per hour.
Job Description
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care that meets the individual needs of our residents. This includes providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records of your work. You will also lead a team of Care Assistants and work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to confidently manage emergencies, and competence in administering medicines using the Emed system.
